Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Sales Coordinator at Holiday Inn Sepang - Airport. The Sales Coordinator will handle various tasks including sales coordination, managing sales operations, communicating with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. They will work closely with the sales and marketing team to support the hotel&aposs strategic goals and ensure a seamless sales process for our guests.

Qualifications

• Sales Coordination, Sales, and Sales Operations skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
