Sales Coordinator Officer or Deputy Manager in Chemical Business Division

Job Responsibility

a) To carry out area of responsibility of business processing.

b) Foster and maintain good communication and relationships with suppliers, customers, stakeholders and forwarders while processing good negotiation skills.

c) To maintain existing pool of business including stock operation and establish chemical or industrial products trading

business on domestic, export, import and offshore.

d) To comply with Internal Regulations and Company Policies, and to observe submission of reports on a timely basis.

e) To handle credit line matters.

MUST TO HAVE:

Candidate must possess at least a Degree.

Good academic result. 2nd Class Upper (CGPA 3.00) and above.

Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Preference is given to candidates with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in trading companies. Candidates with less than 3 years of experience or fresh graduates may be considered based on demonstrated capability and suitability.

Working experience (export/offshore/import) in industrial products and/or chemical/plastic industries with trading knowledge.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Demonstrates strong commitment and accountability in achieving assigned mission objectives.

Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.

Possess an ethical mind, a mature and confident disposition, positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
