Description

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in executing their daily operations, ensuring efficient communication and coordination of activities within the team and with external clients. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their careers in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth communication between teams.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and presentations.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals and quotes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Mandarin speaking is required
