Responsibilities:
. Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring top-notch service.
. Prepare and process sales orders and invoices.
. Act as a link between Sales and Shipping/ Finance/ Production / Planner and customers to ensure smooth sales operations and timely deliveries.
. Monitor sales data and prepare performance reports.
. Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure accuracy timeliness and completeness on documents on sales transactions.
Data entry, communicate with customer, follow up with production, update customer
What We're Looking For
. A proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
. Strong organizational abilities and a knack for multitasking.
. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
. Experience in sales coordination or related fields is a plus.
Requirement:
Must possess at least Diploma
Required Language (s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Mandarin speaking candidates will be added as an advantages as need to liaise with Chinese counterpart
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Attentive, Earnest, Patient,and Responsible
Prior experience in manufacturing or customer service
Basic computer knowledge and skills
Required Skill(s): 1 - 2 years working experience in related field
