Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Cyberjaya. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents, and by maintaining accurate records in the sales system or CRM. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to track orders and project status, scheduling meetings and follow-ups, and ensuring timely communication with customers. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and escalating issues to the appropriate team members when needed. The Sales Coordinator will also assist with sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and basic sales operations tasks to help achieve team targets and ensure a smooth sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Coordination and Sales
- Experience and well verse in Using ePerolehan Systems
- Very creative and detail oriented when preparing for Tender Submission
- Operations skills to manage quotations, orders, and follow-up activities efficiently.
- Proven Sales and Customer Service abilities to support customers throughout the sales cycle and maintain positive relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic CRM or sales management systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt in a fast-paced technology setting.
- Prior experience in IT, system integration, or related technology fields is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
