Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Puchong for a Designer Sales Specialist. The role involves working closely with clients to provide expert advice on interior design solutions, with a particular emphasis on kitchen and bath design. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting design proposals, delivering excellent customer service, building client relationships, and achieving sales goals through tailored solutions and design consultations. The Designer Sales Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in interior design with related experience in construction design
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills with a focus on achieving targets and delivering client satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills to build relationships with clients and effectively convey design ideas
• Additional qualifications or certifications in interior design, marketing, or related fields are an advantage
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to varying client needs and project requirements
