What are your job responsibilities
- Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales KPIs, revenue targets, and growth objectives.
- Develop and execute Sales & Business Development strategies to drive lead generation, new customer acquisition, and business expansion.
- Identify, source, and develop new dealers, partners, and business channels to expand market coverage.
- Lead, manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance, accountability, and engagement.
- Work closely with the sales team to source warm leads, engage prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and successfully close deals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, dealers, partners, consultants, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality, branding presence, and campaign effectiveness.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations and Finance to ensure smooth project handover, pricing alignment, and timely collections.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy; provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
- Ensure sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, professionalism, and results-driven performance within the sales team.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance selling skills, negotiation capability, and customer relationship management.
What are the job requirements
- At least 3 years sales experience in the construction/ interior design industry;
- Good in communication and public relation (PR) skills;
- Confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Able to quickly familiarize with the company's product and services;
- Good in planning, trouble shooting and negotiation
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
