Job Description

Job Responsibility

CUSTOMER ACQUISITION

  • Identify and approach potential customers within targeted sectors (e.g., Horeca, food retail) and zones.
  • Communicate the company's value proposition and expand the customer base.

PORTFOLIO & SALES MANAGEMENT

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned customers and work to meet KPIs like customer activity, visit frequency, and transaction growth.
  • Engage regularly with customers through visits, calls, and digital communication.

PRODUCT PROMOTION & SUPPORT

  • Share detailed product information, ensure stock availability, and maintain high service standards.

FEEDBACK & INSIGHT SHARING

  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the SDM to refine sales strategies.
  • Participate in strategy sessions and contribute on-the-ground insights to support customer acquisition and engagement.

CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE

  • Support in-store activities such as check-outs, order preparation, product loading, and delivery coordination as needed.

CAMPAIGN & COLLABORATION SUPPORT

  • Align with cross-functional campaigns, sharing relevant updates with customers and supporting marketing initiatives.

MARKET INTELLIGENCE

  • Collect information on competitor pricing and products to help the team stay competitive.

SOP ADHERENCE

  • Follow department and store SOPs to ensure consistency and quality in all interactions.
