As the Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in helping businesses identify their learning and development needs. Youll consult with clients to offer tailored corporate training solutions that align with their goals, contributing to their success. Youll work with a vibrant and passionate team, driving client engagement, and playing an essential part in AZEO's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Sales: Understand clients business challenges and present AZEOs training solutions that align with their needs.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Tailored Solutions: Propose customized training programs from a wide portfolio of corporate learning services, including e-learning, team-building, and in-house training.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Success and Marketing teams to create compelling proposals and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide the best solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing or related discipline.
  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or consulting.
  • Strong communication skills in English and BM. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Passion for learning and helping businesses grow through talent development.
  • Sales-driven, with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to connect with and understand client needs
