The ideal candidate for this position will identify, research, and generate qualified sales leads to support the company's sales pipeline. The role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in sales, marketing, or business development.
What would the roles be
- Prospect, generate, qualify, and nurture new leads for the organization through various channels including cold calling, email marketing, social media, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain, manage, and continuously improve the CRM system to ensure all lead data and statuses are accurate and up to date.
- Research target markets to understand customer traits, decision-making processes, and key buyer personas.
- Utilize company software tools to research, verify, and identify potential leads based on sales requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Monitor sales activities and contributions to support incentive calculation and reporting.
- Prepare and present monthly lead generation reports and performance summaries to management.
- Participate in sales meetings to provide lead generation updates and data insights.
- Provide consistent, concise, and professional internal and external communication.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with lead prospects to increase engagement and conversion opportunities.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and meeting-setting targets as defined by the sales department.
What are the pre-requisites
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (open to fresh graduates).
- Experience in marketing and/or customer management are added advantages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
