Job Description

You will be looking after:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets with its BPO client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with operational capabilities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas.

The Successful Applicant


You Will Need To Have Experiences In

  • A strong background in sales within IT industry, particularly in business process outsourcing (BPO).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at a senior level.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • An understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes.
