Job Description
You will be looking after:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets with its BPO client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with operational capabilities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas.
The Successful Applicant
You Will Need To Have Experiences In
- A strong background in sales within IT industry, particularly in business process outsourcing (BPO).
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at a senior level.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- An understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes.
