Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and market expansion to increase cutting tool market share in Singapore.
  • Develop key customer relationships and lead business development initiatives.
  • Manage P&L performance and optimize resource allocation.
  • Improve operational efficiency through inventory and process optimization.
  • Lead sales and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare management reports and coordinate with headquarters on strategy and operations.

Requirements:

  • 15+years of sales experience, including 10+ years in the cutting tool industry.
  • 5+years of leadership experience managing teams or business functions.
  • Experience working in a multinational or global corporate environment.
  • Strong commercial, operational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
