Role Overview
Lead manufacturing industry sales, manage key accounts, drive pipeline growth, and support large deal pursuits aligned with client IT roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and incremental targets
Develop account growth and new business strategy
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal updates
Lead solution defense and proposal presentations
Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships
Identify new opportunities and account mining
Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and leadership teams
Support contract renewals and customer retention
Monitor revenue, collections, and margin targets
Requirements
Strong experience in Manufacturing industry sales
Proven track record in enterprise account growth
Experience managing large deals and stakeholders
Strong pipeline and revenue management skills
Ability to work with delivery and solution teams
Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
Masters/ Post Graduate, Bachelors/ Degree
