Sales & Distribution Functional Lead
Sales Order Management: Order types, delivery scheduling, availability check (ATP), backorder management. Pricing & Conditions: Pricing procedure design, price lists, trade promotion discounts, rebates, surcharges
• Customer Master: Customer hierarchy, sold-to/ship-to/bill-to partner functions, customer classification
• Credit Management: Credit limit management, credit check at order entry, exposure calculation
• Delivery & Goods Issue: Delivery creation, picking, goods issue posting, delivery split logic
• Billing: Invoice types, billing due list management, credit and debit memo processing, proforma invoices
• Intercompany Sales: Intercompany billing between MY, HK and JP entities, transfer pricing integration with Finance & Controlling
• Returns Management: Return material authorisation (RMA), credit note processing, goods receipt of returns
• Trade Promotions: Condition-based discount management, retrospective rebates, volume-based pricing
• Sales & Distribution-Finance Integration: Revenue posting, credit memo impact on AR, billing document to accounting document flow
• Sales & Distribution-Material Management Integration: ATP check against MM stock, goods issue from Sales & Distribution delivery, replenishment triggering
• EDI / Electronic Order Integration: Customer EDI (where applicable - key account retailer EDI in HK/JP).
Minimum 8 years ERP Sales & Distribution experience, with at least 2 full-cycle ERP Greenfield implementations
• Demonstrated experience in FMCG distribution (route-to-market, trade promotions, key account management)
• Multi-country APAC experience preferred, with understanding of distributor and direct distribution models
• Experience with intercompany sales and transfer pricing configuration is mandatory
• Certification in Sales & Distribution in the relevant ERP platform is preferred
• English language proficiency required; Cantonese proficiency an advantage for HK customer interactions
• EDI/electronic order integration experience preferred (iDOC, EDIFACT or equivalent)
Responsibilities:
• Lead all Sales & Distribution design workshops with the appointed SI and Arnott's Commercial, Sales and Customer Service teams
• Design and document the pricing procedure: pricing hierarchy, condition types, access sequence, aligned to M&B commercial structure
• Define and configure customer master framework: account groups, partner functions, customer hierarchy for MY, HK and JP
• Design intercompany Sales & Distribution configuration: MY-to-HK and MY-to-JP intercompany sales orders, transfer pricing, billing documents
• Configure credit management: credit segments, credit limits by customer, credit check integration at order entry
• Design returns management: RMA process, credit note workflow, goods receipt of customer returns
• Design, validate and oversee key account EDI integration (where applicable - HK and JP key accounts)
• Lead Sales & Distribution System Integration Testing and coordinate UAT with Commercial and Customer Service teams
• Validate customer master data migration from BPCS: customer records, open sales orders, credit limits
• Produce Sales & Distribution configuration documentation, pricing documentation and order-to cash process SOPs
