Be competent and well-versed on all institutions and its programs offerings represented by the Company;
Attend to prospective students and parents by guiding them in choosing the right institutions and courses;
Handle and follow up closely on all walk-ins, email enquiries, incoming calls and leads from recruitment activities in a prompt and effective manner, to ensure all enquiries are successfully converted into applications;
Provide assistance and advice on submission of course application, visa application, accommodation, scholarship, travel arrangement and any other after-sales service;
Plan and participate in student recruitment activities, such as school fairs, education fairs, seminars, workshops and others;
Work closely with the Marketing Team in developing creative and impactful marketing materials, advertisements, etc.;
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply);
Candidates with relevant working experience will have an added advantage. Sales experience in the education industry is preferred;
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English ; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage;
Strong negotiation, customer service and relationship management skills;
Able to work independently with least supervision as well as part of a team;
Possess own transport and willing to travel;
Available positions at office located at Pulau Tikus Plaza (Penang Island)
