Produce, verify, and maintain highest standard of data integrity in providing operational support, especially in sales and marketing related projects and initiatives
Deliver metrics to cross-functional departments to drive effective sales, customer, market, and product analysis
Deliver operational effectiveness through development of innovative tools leveraging on automation, process improvement, and automated dashboards
Perform quality analysis including analyzing rep performance trends, market trends, and commissions computations and support in the development and execution of strategies to improve sales productivity in the organization
Support implementation of controls to maintain integrity of data used across business systems
Compile and analyze sales data to forecast sales trends and productivity
Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address solutions proactively
Deliver timely and accurate reporting to the business stakeholders and produce metric-driven findings, observations and proposed action items for risk mitigation and opportunity creation
Support development and change management of data governance and processes.
Coordinate data-driven processes, techniques, and tools through usage of systems across departments and drive improvement and enhancements by working with technology and system teams.
Enhance data collection process to include information relevant for analytics.
Provide support in developing processes to drive data efficiency and availability.
Provide administrative support to the sales organization.
Collaborate with Customer Fulfillment and Sales teams to ensure sales orders are processed accurately and timely.
