Ansell is looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst to join our team in Cyberjaya!

In this position you will be to provide support to and interface with Regional Sales leaders and their teams, improve internal processes, develop new tools, and train users, in an ongoing effort to increase sales productivity. The Sales Analyst's mission is to maximize the sales teams efficiency, performance and decision making through the continuous improvement of internal sales processes, reporting and tools.

What your role will be

  • Strive for operational excellence by enhancing and optimizing internal sales processes, focusing on sales efficiency and user experience.
  • Continuously adapt deliverables to the evolving business set up and priorities. Challenge as is and bring ideas to increase the impact and efficiency of the team.
  • Enforce commercial data integrity and alignment across regions and divisions for effective processes and accurate reporting – mainly product, customer and pricing data.
  • Keep our special pricing tool up to date by linking our data sources (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Comind): product master, cost info, price benchmarks, etc.
  • Coordinate and ensure accurate execution of the pricing strategy set by leadership.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Analytics team to assess internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance) reporting requirements regarding special prices, turnover, outstanding orders, won & lost business, etc. to improve business understanding and decision making.
  • Monitor the annual Distributor Business Plan reviews and administrate our process management tool.
  • Document our processes for internal use and training, as well as for quality assurance.
  • Train other teams on tools and processes to foster good practice and a data-driven culture.
  • Support the broader Sales Enablement and Commercial Analytics department by sharing best practices.

What will you bring to Ansell

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Sciences, or any other related field.
  • Experience in a B2B international environment.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Mandatory) and MS Access (Desired). Experience working with systems and BI applications (e.g., QlikView, Power BI, SAP, Salesforce).
  • Very good numerical and analytical skills, business acumen and financial literacy.
  • Ability to establish priorities and very good organizational skills.
  • A can-do mentality with a hands-on approach and a will to improve.
  • Analytical and number oriented with a focus on detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, pragmatic, dynamic, and enthusiastic
  • Able to work autonomously, but also an enthusiastic team player flexible to communicate with colleagues based in different time zones
  • Occasional traveling in APAC region
