Job Description
- Manage and update CRM system to track client interactions and sales pipeline
- Support account management through regular client follow-ups and engagement
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Handle inbound, outbound leads and coordinate closely with the marketing team
- Assist the sales team with outreach, pipeline tracking, and client communications
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Sales Enablement Professional Should Have
- A background in sales or a related field within the IT industry.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and recommend improvements.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and platforms to drive efficiency and results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions for a sales audience.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Mandarin speaker, Cantonese is a plus.
