Role Overview
The Sales Enablement Program Manager – AI and Vertical Programs role leads the end-to-end execution of One Lenovo AI initiatives, including alliance-led programs (e.g., NVIDIA), ensuring seamless alignment from go-to-market (GTM) strategy through to measurable business outcomes.
The Program Manager serves as the critical bridge between portfolio/capability development and front-end sales execution, driving governance, execution rigor, and sales performance optimization across SSG AI programs.
Partnering closely with portfolio teams, sales teams, segment business managers, and cross-functional stakeholders, the BM translates strategy into scalable, structured GTM execution to deliver measurable business results.

- Lead Execute Strategic Sales Programs
- Own localization and execution of sales growth programs, including alliance initiatives

- Identify execution gaps and drive timely course correction

Candidate Profile
Experience
- 8–12+ years in business management, sales strategy, or commercial execution
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional programs in matrix organizations
- Experience in scaling regional or global initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Exposure to AI, ecosystem partnerships, or alliance-led programs (e.g., NVIDIA) preferred
- Industry experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or retail is a plus
