Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales (Energy Saving) Professional. The position covers Johor and Melaka market, with a combination of on-site and remote work. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, providing tailored energy-saving solutions, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, managing customer accounts, and contributing to sales growth. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and better customer satisfaction.

Our solution in Malaysia is to help industrial / commercial users save electricity cost by employing the data-driven strategy. (Monitor -> Analyze -> Reduce)

Qualifications

  • Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in delivering Training to educate clients about energy-saving solutions and optimize services provided.
  • Proficiency in developing client relationships with a focus on problem-solving and solution-oriented approaches.
  • Ability to work in both on-site and remote settings, flexible and adaptive to dynamic work environments.
  • Experience in the engineering or energy-saving industry is a plus.
