Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Shah Alam. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales through customer engagement and promoting BIBUS's range of industrial and motion technology components. The role involves providing technical support, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions. The Sales Engineer will also identify potential business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to develop and execute strategies to meet targets
- Strong Technical Support capabilities, including troubleshooting and offering tailored product solutions
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Ability to understand and address client requirements effectively
- Familiarity with motion technology components and industrial engineering solutions is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
