We're looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Cased Hole Services (CHS) team and support our growing offshore operations. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for clients by providing technical support, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their operational needs and delivering value-added technical solutions.
- Promote and market the company's Cased Hole Services and related solutions, identifying opportunities to expand business and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular client visits to review service performance, gather feedback, understand upcoming operational requirements, and strengthen customer engagement.
- Provide technical consultation and operational support to clients, ensuring timely communication on job updates, best practices, and service capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects, timely issue resolution, and high-quality service delivery.
- Take ownership of client inquiries and technical concerns, coordinating with relevant teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively while maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the process.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, customer feedback, market intelligence, and business performance updates to management.
- Support the development and implementation of customer-focused strategies, training initiatives, and continuous improvement plans to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop a thorough understanding of customer contracts and ensure services are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and company standards.
- Stay informed with industry developments, competitor activities, and customer business developments.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, business ethics, quality, and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) compliance in all customer interactions and business activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of offshore Oil & Gas experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Engineer.
- Good technical knowledge of E-line operation or memory logging.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build long-term client relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
- Strong understanding of HSSE and quality standards.
