Responsibilities:
This position adopts a project-based model and requires proactive customer development and market expansion, fully responsible for sales and business development in the Malaysia market:
- Proactively develop OEM customers in Malaysia, drive new business hunting, build targeted customer connections for project cooperation, provide full-process solutions covering product matching and pricing quotation, and achieve the annual AOP sales target.
- Develop multiple channels and manage relations with key stakeholders to expand the network;
- Responsible for tracking, bidding, signing orders and information collection of projects, managing the project pipeline;
- Cooperate with design institution and industrial agents to bid for projects;
- Work with marketing team to build up company branding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 year engineering sales experience (focus on project-based business). Sales experience in semiconductor/ data center/ pharma industry or Air Moving product is preferred.
- Ability to balance technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset.
- Established relationships in the AHU Manufacturing, Semiconductor Sector, Data Centre Sector are a plus.
