We are looking for a Sales Engineer who enjoys building customer relationships, working with technology, and growing business across the northern region. If you like technical sales, key account management, and working with high-tech customers from Electronic & Semiconductor industry this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow key customer accounts in the electronics and semiconductor industry
- Develop account strategies and achieve sales & gross profit targets
- Engage with engineers, managers, and decision-makers to understand needs and propose solutions
- Work closely with application, technical, and internal teams to prepare proposals and solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Advantage with Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or customer service
- Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset
- Experience in the related Semiconductor/Electronics Manufacturing industry, Test & Measurement, RF, or Microwave systems is a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to Penang
