Responsibilities

  • Deliver clear technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Partner with sales teams to support lead generation and followup on technical matters
  • Prepare project presentations, proposals, BOMs, and technical documents
  • Develop PoC plans and guide customers through evaluation processes
  • Create SoC documentation for tender submissions
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects and partners
  • Provide technical support to customers and channel partners
  • Participate in project implementation and rollout activities
  • Act as technology owner for assigned solutions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Presales, Technical Sales, or related roles
  • Strong background in cybersecurity or network infrastructure solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams
  • Proven experience supporting medium to largescale deployments
  • Certifications such as CCNA / CCNP / CISSP / MCSE are advantageous
  • Proficiency in English & Chinese for business communication
