As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in connecting customer needs with tailored solutions. Your responsibilities include:
- Communicate with customers to understand requirements and deliver efficient solutions
- Identify budgets, timelines, and expectations, and share them with the team
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with customer needs
- Collaborate with account managers and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Prepare and present proposals for projects or services based on client requirements
- Create documentation to support successful project implementation
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure products meet customer specifications
- Contribute to product design based on customer feedback
- Provide technical support to customers post-purchase
What You Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales and commercial activities
- Ability to read engineering drawings and BOM structures
- Prior experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage
- Strong command of English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels
- Meticulous attention to detail and consistency
- Self-motivated and proactive personality
- Willingness to travel when necessary
