At Intech Pumps (M) Sdn Bhd, we don't just sell pumps — we deliver reliable, energy-efficient industrial solutions trusted across Southeast Asia for over 30 years. We're now looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer (Outdoor) to grow our market presence and build long-term customer partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through site visits, networking, cold calls, and customer enquiries
- Conduct on-site assessments, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements
- Recommend suitable industrial pump solutions tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts to close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Work closely with the technical and after-sales team to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of sales experience in industrial machinery, pumps, or related technical products
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field) is an advantage
- Strong technical understanding of industrial pumps and systems
- Confident communicator with solid negotiation and presentation skills
