Target new accounts, forecast sales, and explore business opportunities to achieve sales targets for Building Maintenance Systems, Boom Lifts, car park and other assigned products.
Coordinate and evaluate sales activities to expand the customer base and increase sales volume. Maintain contacts to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service territorial accounts directly.
Participate in sales presentations, negotiate contractual proposals, and close sales.
Work closely with the local and regional teams to ensure the solutions proposed to the customer are best in class and differentiate us from competitors via clear value propositions.
Manage delivery by liaising with project staff to ensure sales contract specifications are met.
Monitor market movements, trends, and competition. Propose new sales strategies to stay relevant in the market.
Maintain up-to-date files and portfolios of company sales literature, product specifications, promotions, samples, and prices.
Job Requirement
Minimum of Diploma holder in any architecture / engineering / construction related discipline.
Minimum 35 years of proven sales experience in technical/lifting products.
Strong track record in new account acquisition, sales forecasting, and achieving sales targets.
Solid understanding of project delivery cycles, contract specifications, and coordination with internal stakeholders to support successful execution.
Experience liaising with government bodies and regulatory agencies, with good understanding of tender processes and compliance requirements.
Well-organized with documentation and reporting discipline; able to maintain accurate sales records, proposals, and product portfolios.
