A wellestablished global adhesives leader is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth in Johor!

The Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth, acting as a true hunter within the electronics adhesives market. This individual will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting and closing deals to cultivating longterm customer relationships across multiple levels. Backed by strong internal and external support teams, the Sales Engineer will make a significant impact on the company's overall performance.

Your new role

  • Drive annual revenue growth by consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Identify and advance new opportunities with both existing and prospective customers.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure successful execution of complex projects.
  • Build strong customer relationships while gathering market insights on trends, applications, and competitors.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Polymer, Materials, or Chemical Engineering with 2-5 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Solid technical foundation with the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts.
  • Familiarity with key applications such as semiconductor packaging, electronic assembly, fiber optics, and medical devices.
  • Working knowledge of diverse adhesive technologies, including epoxies, silicones, polyurethanes, acrylates, cyanoacrylates, and related materials.
