We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will support our sales efforts by providing technical expertise and assisting in the development of client relationships across the Southeast Asia region.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical assistance during the sales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing product capabilities and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Act as a point of contact for technical inquiries from clients, providing prompt and effective support.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and product specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
