Role Description
Identify new business prospect in the industry
Service the customers by supplying them with the updated product information of the Company
Responsible to discuss with customers on product cost and specifications.
Liaison with project and production department closely on the order delivery capability and production planning
To handle and follow up on tenders matters
Review terms and conditions in contract during quotation and order stage
To provide quality services to the customers
Responsible for any other functions as and when required by the Management
Work with senior management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies.
Provide on-the-ground support and coordinate training program for sales team.
Prepare reporting as needed
Requirements
Preferably worked either in steam boiler or related industry, ideally in after-sales division for at least 2 years.
Candidate must possess a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent but preferably from an engineering background.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
