Job Description
- Act as the primary contact for customers, providing technical and commercial support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Understand customer pain points and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical, operations, and quality teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Sales Professional Should Have
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Production Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical sales, application solutions, or project-based selling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, self-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of coating solutions, cutting/forming tools, or metal/plastic processing is an advantage.
- Exposure to semiconductor, medical equipment, or oil & gas industries is a plus.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle for business travel.
