Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and technically driven Sales Engineer to develop business opportunities and provide engineering solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in oil & gas and industrial sectors
- Promote corrosion protection, monitoring, and maintenance solutions
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams for project execution
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
- Achieve sales targets and support company growth strategies
Job Requirements/Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Materials or Corrosion Engineering
- Or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2-5 years experience in:
- Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / General Industrial Services
- OR technical sales / engineering sales
• Strong technical understanding of:
- Corrosion mechanisms
- Coatings / wrapping systems / asset integrity (advantage)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Good negotiation and client management skills
• Willing to travel and conduct site visits
• Fresh graduates with strong technical interest may be considered
• Added Advantages:
- Experience in corrosion protection, inspection, or maintenance services
- Knowledge of standards such as NACE, ASME PCC-2, PTS, DEP
- Existing network in oil & gas or other industrial sectors
