Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive product sales.
Provide technical support and product information to customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed.
Assist the Manager/Assistant Manager in coordinating sales and project-related activities.
Set up and configure machinery or instruments for customer applications.
Prepare project documentation, including schedules, technical drawings, and manuals.
Raise purchase or stock requisitions based on project requirements.
Monitor project progress and implementation to ensure timely completion.
Handle invoices and support debt collection efforts.

Authorities

Participate in customer debt collection processes.
Provide input for technical and project-related decisions within the assigned scope.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical sales or product engineering.
Strong understanding of technical products with the ability to explain them to customers.
Proficiency in preparing technical documents and project management.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with CAD software and MS Office applications is an advantage.
