Sales Engineer (Regional Sales Support – Southeast & East Asia)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and commercial support to Sales Managers and distributors across assigned regional markets
• Assist in HVAC product selection and system solution design, including customized project applications
• Coordinate and support tender submissions, ensuring accurate technical documentation and compliance
• Attend site visits, technical discussions, and provide on-site troubleshooting when required
• Engage with developers, architects, M&E consultants, contractors, and end users to promote TROX solutions
• Prepare technical proposals and quotations aligned with project specifications
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support regional sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective execution of regional sales initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
• 3–5 years of sales or technical sales experience in HVAC or building services
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, ventilation products, and air handling solutions
• Experience supporting sales activities in regional or multi-country environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM, ERP systems, and product selection software is an advantage
• Willingness to travel domestically and regionally
