Location: Malaysia
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sales and business development of industrial automation machinery systems in Malaysia.
2. Develop new clients and maintain existing customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
3. Understand customer needs and provide professional consultations and solutions to drive project execution.
4. Coordinate internal resources (technical, product, delivery) to support the sales process.
5. Monitor market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of sales experience in industrial automation, conveyors, robotics or material handling system.
3. Familiar with manufacturing industries (electronics, semiconductor, automotive, etc.) is a plus.
4. Strong communication skills with proficiency in both Malay, Chinese and English as working languages.
5. Strong ability in market development and customer management.
6. Willing to travel; local market resources are a plus.
