Ecos Link Solutions Sdn Bhd is a leading industrial environmental monitoring and analyzer system provider in Malaysia. We specialize in Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS), process analyzers, and compliance solutions supporting palm oil mills, power plants, and industrial facilities to meet DOE environmental regulations.
We are expanding our Sabah operations to strengthen local customer support and grow long-term service partnerships within the palm oil industry.
This role combines technical sales + field service responsibility to support and grow Ecos Link's CEMS business across palm oil mills in Sabah.
The candidate will act as the frontline technical representative, ensuring customers remain compliant while developing new service and upgrade opportunities.
1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop new CEMS sales opportunities within palm oil mills in Sabah
- Promote:
- New CEMS systems
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Service & calibration packages
- System upgrades and retrofit solutions
- Build strong relationships with:
- Mill Managers
- Maintenance Engineers
- Environmental Officers
- Conduct site visits and technical discussions with clients
- Prepare basic proposals and coordinate with HQ proposal team
- Achieve assigned sales targets
2. Service & Technical Support
- Perform basic CEMS servicing including:
- Preventive maintenance
- Calibration support
- Troubleshooting assistance
- Support commissioning and site inspections
- Identify system issues and recommend improvements
- Ensure system uptime and customer compliance readiness
- Coordinate with HQ service engineers when advanced support is required
3. Customer Account Management
- Maintain regular engagement with existing palm oil mill clients
- Act as first response for customer inquiries and breakdown calls
- Follow up service reports and recommendations
- Convert service activities into sales opportunities
4. Compliance & Reporting
- Submit service reports promptly
- Maintain customer visit records
- Support DOE compliance related discussions when required
- Update CRM / reporting system on weekly activities
Education
- Diploma or Degree in:
- Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation)
- Environmental Engineering or equivalent
Experience
- 25 years experience in ONE of the following:
- Palm oil mill maintenance
- Instrumentation service
- Environmental monitoring
- Industrial equipment sales
- Boiler or utility systems
Experience with CEMS / analyzers / instrumentation is an advantage
- Palm oil mill exposure highly preferred
