Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in OEM and aftermarket segments.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and distributors.
- Provide technical support and product presentations to customers.
- Visit customer sites regularly to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
3. Technical Support
- Work closely with the engineering team to recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Support customers with installation guidance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
- Provide feedback to the technical team regarding product performance and market requirements.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, logistics, and accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product training when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in sales (OEM or aftermarket preferred).
- Good technical knowledge of industrial products (adhesives, sealants, or mechanical components an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
