Job Description

WORKING LOCATION : TAMAN PERINDUSTRIAN SIME UEP SHAH ALAM

: BATU UBAN PENANG

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in OEM and aftermarket segments.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers and distributors.
  • Provide technical support and product presentations to customers.
  • Visit customer sites regularly to understand requirements and resolve issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

3. Technical Support

  • Work closely with the engineering team to recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Support customers with installation guidance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
  • Provide feedback to the technical team regarding product performance and market requirements.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, logistics, and accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product training when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in sales (OEM or aftermarket preferred).
  • Good technical knowledge of industrial products (adhesives, sealants, or mechanical components an advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
