Key Responsibilities:
Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs while managing sales objectives for the assigned territory.
Account Strategy: Develop strategic business plans and establish strong sales funnels to ensure business retention and growth.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with senior executive managers and engineers to foster strategic collaborations.
Market Insight: Work closely with marketing teams to provide insights and suggest strategies that strengthen account reach.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic preferred) or Business Administration.
Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in sales and customer service support.
Technical Knowledge: Experience with Test & Measurement equipment and a background in RF/uW test solutions is a significant advantage.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English.
