JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Sales & Application Engineer to spearhead growth in the Industrial & Production (I&P) sector. The ideal candidate will be a technically competent go-getter who thrives in the field and is eager to build new client relationships across various industrial sectors. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities for both new cooling tower installations and 3R solutions by engaging directly with plant engineers, facility managers, and OEM contractors. This role requires equal parts technical insight and sales drive perfect for someone who enjoys solving real-world engineering problems with commercial impact.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:-
Your responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
· Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the I&P sector.
· Build a pipeline of prospective clients through cold-calls, networking, site visits, and referrals.
· Serve as the primary contact for all industrial cooling tower enquiries and technical discussions.
· Conduct detailed site assessments to evaluate existing systems and recommend performance-enhancing solutions.
· Promote Truwater's 3R services (Replacement, Refurbishment, Retrofitting) to extend equipment lifecycle and improve efficiency.
· Develop customized solutions in coordination with internal engineering, design, and service teams.
· Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and documents for tender or direct negotiation.
· Support project delivery and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
· Maintain strong relationships with key clients, following up on service contracts, warranties, and performance commitments.
· Attend trade exhibitions, industry seminars, and site briefings to expand brand visibility and sales reach.
