Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth for our products and services. If you are passionate about sales and eager to grow in a dynamic industry, we want to hear from you.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and networking
- Visit clients onsite or arrange virtual meetings to present products and solutions
- Prepare client visits report
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders
- Prepare technical proposals to support sales process
- Prepare power point slides to support sales process
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep records of sales activities and update CRM system regularly
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for customer support and project coordination
- Prepare daily report for daily tasks completed
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Travels within Malaysia and overseas
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree, or college diploma, or its equivalent
- Possess a minimum of 2 years working experience
- Possess driving license for car
- Be able to speak in Mandarin and English fluently
- Freshly graduate students are also encouraged to apply for this position
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).

- Fast learner, hardworking, pro-active, independent, self-driven and self-motivated
- Feel comfortable to travel within Malaysia and overseas
- Experience dealing with aquaculture farms / agriculture farms / palm oil mills / livestock farms / wastewater treatment is an advantage.
