About the Role
We are seeking an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional who is passionate about developing people and driving commercial excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening the capabilities of our sales and marketing teams through structured onboarding, sales training, coaching, and capability development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance sales effectiveness, improve commercial performance, and support the execution of strategic commercial excellence programmes.
Reporting directly to the Senior Commercial Excellence Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to transition from field sales into a regional capability development role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement onboarding programmes for new sales hires.
- Develop and deliver sales training curriculum and learning initiatives.
- Conduct field coaching and support sales capability development.
- Drive commercial excellence and sales force effectiveness initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders to identify capability gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Support marketing effectiveness initiatives and overall sales performance.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations and coaching sessions to enhance commercial competencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a Science-related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of proven pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Commercially driven with a proactive mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Exposure to sales training, field coaching, onboarding, sales force effectiveness or capability development is highly advantageous.
