Job Description

Basic information:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

  • Basic up to $5,000 (no comms)

  • Location: West

  • Overseas business trips/client visits

Job scope:

Business Development & Sales

  • Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base to achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct customer visits, manage enquiries, and follow up on quotations and sales opportunities.
  • Assess customer requirements and propose suitable products and services.
  • Stay informed of market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Sales Operations & Account Management

  • Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual terms with customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Monitor customer accounts and support collection activities when required.
  • Deliver effective after-sales service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Customer & Project Coordination

  • Work closely with operations, logistics, and warehouse personnel to support fulfilment activities.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers on order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and prepare regular sales performance reports.

Business Growth & Market Expansion

  • Identify opportunities to penetrate new markets and develop additional sales channels.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade events, and networking activities to promote company products and services.
  • Assist in implementing marketing initiatives and business development campaigns.

Travel Commitment

  • Attend customer meetings and site visits within Singapore as required.
  • Travel overseas when necessary to support business development, customer engagement, exhibitions, and project-related activities.

Requirement(s):
Valid Class 3 License (Company vehicle provided for client visits)
