Sales Executive (Aesthetic Industry)

Industry: Medical Aesthetics | Korean Skin Booster & Skincare

Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Malaysia (clinic visits, workshops & events)

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to represent a premium, renowned Korean skin booster brand, trusted by doctors and loved and used by many K-celebrities, alongside a professional daily skincare line.

This role is ideal for someone with strong clinic relationships, confidence in pitching to doctors, and a passion for growing high-end aesthetic brands. If you are motivated by performance and income growth, this role offers uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

1) Clinic & Doctor Engagement

- Visit aesthetic clinics and doctors to promote our premium Korean skin booster and daily skincare line

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and decision-makers

- Conduct professional product presentations, demos, and sales pitches

- Manage clinic accounts and drive repeat orders

2) Doctor Workshops & Training

- Collaborate with doctors to organise and support workshops, talks, and training sessions

- Assist in planning workshop content, product focus, and engagement flow

- Support on-site execution to ensure smooth and professional delivery

3) Events & On-Ground Support

- Support brand presence at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events

- Assist with booth setup, doctor engagement, and lead follow-ups

- Convert event leads into clinic sales opportunities

4) Sales & Marketing Collaboration

- Work closely with the marketing team to share market and doctor insights

- Brainstorm creative sales initiatives and promotions

- Support campaigns that drive clinic adoption and sales growth

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the aesthetic / medical beauty industry

- Existing clinic or doctor network is a strong advantage

- Confident in pitching to doctors and healthcare professionals

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

- Willing to travel for clinic visits, workshops, and events

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
