Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Promotes and professionally sell Auto Owners products and bancassurance to existing and potential customers.
  • Engages in cross selling of other RHB's products based on customer needs to increase market share.
  • Achieves individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of the sales office targets.
  • Provides professional advice on Auto Owners products to customers based on their needs to achieve sales and create public awareness.
  • Ensures detailed understanding of Auto Owners products/services and processes for effective sales services.
  • Establishes new and maintains regular contact with Business Associates to develop business relationship, e.g. dealers and salesmen.
  • Ensures turnaround time and accurate data entry, processing and updating for efficient business opportunities.
  • Submission for disbursement (Disbursement Request Form) including creation of credit files.
  • Ensures the targeted group of profile falls within the Acceptance Guidelines for both individual and business entities.
  • Supports Retail Collection & Recovery in all collection & recovery activities including conduct field visitation where necessary.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Automotive, Auto Finance, Hire Purchase or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Candidates with sales experience in Auto or car sales industry are encouraged to apply.
