Job Description

Client Background: Apparel manufacturer

Tenure: Permanent

Location: Sarawak/ Perak

Headcount: 1

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand requirements and provide expert product recommendations

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual sales targets

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits of merchandise

  • Collaborate with indoor sales team to support promotional activities and events

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide valuable insights

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in outdoor sales

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships

  • Passion for outdoor sales and willingness to travel outstation to Johor for monthly reporting

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication
