Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with current clients and build relationships with new clients.
- Monitor market, customer, and competitor trends and provide methods to improve company competitiveness.
- Self-Driven, proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Ability to execute sales plans that align with company objectives and market dynamics.
- Independent in executing day to day in market tasks, including in market hygiene and execution excellence.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities via new outlets and within current patch
- High discipline, good attitude and responsible character
- Strong relationship management
Qualifications
- Industry Experience: FMCG, Retail Sales, Field Sales Exec, Door to door sales
- Minimum educational background - SPM or equivalent
- Active Drivers License
- Good in communication skills.
- Minimum 2 year sales working experience in FMCG line
