Job Description

Location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with current clients and build relationships with new clients.
  • Monitor market, customer, and competitor trends and provide methods to improve company competitiveness.
  • Self-Driven, proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Ability to execute sales plans that align with company objectives and market dynamics.
  • Independent in executing day to day in market tasks, including in market hygiene and execution excellence.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities via new outlets and within current patch
  • High discipline, good attitude and responsible character
  • Strong relationship management


Qualifications


  • Industry Experience: FMCG, Retail Sales, Field Sales Exec, Door to door sales
  • Minimum educational background - SPM or equivalent
  • Active Drivers License
  • Good in communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 year sales working experience in FMCG line
