Role: Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager
Location: Malacca
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall GT Distributor Business in For Melaka and NS
- Contributing to setting Sales Strategies and managing region budgets
- Primary and secondary target achievement of the area
- Monthly Sales planning and forecasting
- Data & aligning with the Annual Operating Plan
- Mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales - business generation and achieving budgeted figures, and activity ratio on monthly basis
- To build strong brands presence via home shelves, secondary display and cross category display.
- To build strong and good trade relationships with all key customers.
- Consistent trade visits to ensure execution of trade activation are carried out accordingly.
- Maintain healthy stock holding and monitor aging stock and expiry risks.
- Develop joint business plans (JBP) and identify growth opportunities.
- Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants
Requirements:
- STPM or Diploma qualified.
- Possess Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
- Possess exceptional relationship management skills & interpersonal skills.
- Good team handling skills.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Has worked in Melaka region/NS or was willing to be transferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of Executive or above experience
- Have personal care background (either current or prior to that)
