Role Focus:
To Specify and Promote products in the construction industry by canvassing builders, skim coat specialist, ceramic tilers, Consultants and Architects. To maintain existing accounts and to seek and develop new opportunities.
Main Tasks
- Maintain, develop and increase product sales / specification through constant market involvement.
- Direct customers will be waterproofing applicators. Sales of the products to builders will be through retailers
- Maintain contribution levels
- Service existing accounts by up-dating on products available, monitoring special needs and dealing with any problems

- Develop rapport with customers
- Develop new accounts within nominated territory, i.e.; cold canvass regularly
What we are looking for:
- Diploma or Degree preferably in Building Lines (Arch, QS, C&S Engineers, Project Management
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience
- Experience within the construction industry
- Experience with handling customers, i.e.; previous representative work or customer relations officer
