Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kuala Lumpur / Selangor / Johor. The Sales Executive will be responsible for actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits, while promoting and selling company products to Independent Pharmacies (IP). The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacists and key decision-makers, conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and price negotiations, and adapting sales approaches based on customer interactions and field results. The Sales Executive will be expected to achieve assigned sales targets and collection timelines by maintaining strong product knowledge, monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and preparing and submitting sales performance reports on a timely basis.
